Plastic Lined Steel Pipe & Fittings

Flanged Plastic Lined Pipe Spools:

Crane - PSI offers 2 types of lining processes:

Interference Fit and Field Flare Pipe

Pipe Sizes:

Available from: 1/2" - 12"

Housing Materials:

Available in: Carbon Steel, Stainless Steel (304SS or 316SS) and other alloys

Flanges:

ANSI Class 150 and Class 300 flanges are available in Ductile Iron (Standard), Hot Dipped Galvanized, Stainless Steel and Forged Steel.

Vent Extensions:

Half Couplings welded over vent holes prior to lining. Extensions to route permeated gases past pipe insulation. Sacrificial Nipples.

Flanged Plastic Lined Fittings:

Crane - PSI Manufactures many different shaped fittings according to ANSI dimensions. PPL, PFA, and PVDF fittings normally have fixed flanges

Flanged Plastic Lined Bent Pipe:

Available in PTFE, PPL, PVDF

Eliminate flange connections at Elbows.

Up to 4 compound bends in a single piece of pipe.

Flanged Plastic Lined Sight Glass Indicators:

Used to observe flow of the process. Sight Glass indicators have optional drip lips and flutter flow. Available in sizes 1" - 6"

Teflon Expansion Joints:

Contour molded PTFE bellows. Offered in 2, 3, and 5 Convolutions. Used to compensate for movement, misalignment, and vibration. Available with limit bolts or cables with plate steel or stainless steel flanges.

PTFE Mixing Tee Nozzles:

Solid PTFE Nozzle is specially designed to disperse injection fluid uniformly.
