Massey Acquires Hile Controls of Georgia

The Massey Company has acquired the assets of Hile Controls of Georgia. Hile Controls of Georgia
has a long history as a representative of process control instrumentation, valves, and process
equipment in Georgia. Mike Marlow will join The Massey Company in sales and Larry Yancy, the
other principal of Hile Controls of Georgia, will become a consultant for The Massey Company.

Thad Chesson, CEO of The Massey Company, sums up the benefits of this acquisition. “The Massey
